Street photography has always been my forte. Every time I go out into the streets I feel like a child seeing the city for the first time, but with the ability to capture it not just for myself but for others too. Ever since I went back to photography after nearly 10 years, I rediscovered that intensely intimate and emotional aspect of shooting the streets, both on a personal and an artistic level.
Last December, my photography club organized a Christmas-themed night photowalk with the goal of showing how Cebuanos stood back after the devastating earthquake and the monster storm Haiyan.
