About me.

By trade, I am a collector of useless facts and a professional overthinker. By nature, I'm a man who can navigate a crowded event for exactly seven minutes before strategically retreating to the back—or better yet, the exit.

A lifelong dreamer with a penchant for puns (the "lowest" form of wit, and therefore my favorite), I believe that true knowledge is knowing exactly how little you actually know. When I'm not down some rabbit hole researching the history of farts, I am likely being outsmarted by my young daughter or serving as a glorified furniture piece for my cat.

This site is my digital sanctuary: a place where I can be as social as I want to be without actually having to put on real shoes. I write for the curious, the quiet, and anyone who appreciates a well-timed play on words.

The photography side of things started with a camera I saved up for and the streets of the Philippines—faces, light, quiet moments between moments. I still shoot that way. Nothing staged, nothing posed. Just what's there.
